Sponsor a shoot?

My bills are paid, my kids have their school supplies, my granddaughter has diapers and the cats have food and litter. In fact the money for the expenses I will incur on my next shoot has also been carefully put aside so you may ask “why sponsor?”

Well we all know that between now and the shoot date something is likely to come up; a car repair, a child falls sick or any number of events that will suddenly force you to dip into those carefully set aside funds. Like most photographers if this happens I normally cancel and reschedule the shoot, however it doesn't enhance my reputation in the slightest and all that preparation and energy has gone to waste..

The Shoot
There are a number of models who will be passing my way this year and because I live miles away from the usual 'trade routes' for traveling models I would like to take full advantage of their appearance here in Shreveport. Depending on various factors a typical shoot can cost between $150 and $300, and since my day job pays minimum wage it is hard to raise those sort of funds readily. Sponsorship is one of the ways I can shoot my art without dipping into the household expenses.

I was born into a poor working class family in the 1960s and I learned quickly that you don’t get something for
nothing. So read on for details of the rewards you will receive for your sponsorship.
